Appointments may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled due to provider availability, technical constraints, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Payments and Pricing

Displayed prices may include promotional or special-offer pricing during valid windows. Final payable values are governed by the booking confirmation generated by the system.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews or comments, you confirm the content is lawful and non-defamatory. Glow may moderate or remove content that violates laws or platform standards.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for fraudulent activity.

9. Suspension and Termination

Glow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, platform policies, or applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, software, and content (excluding user-owned content) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Glow is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
